Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-line reception support, including managing a high volume of phone calls and customer inquiries
Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner
Support administrative functions within the service department
Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and coordination tasks
Adapt to and utilize various internal software systems efficiently
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
High level of adaptability, particularly with new software and systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Customer service driven mindset; experience in a retail or customer-facing environment preferred
Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment is considered an asset
Work Requirements:
Availability to work full-time hours, including a rotating Saturday shift
Reliable and committed to a long-term, full-time role
About you…
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:
2+ years of proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
strong proficiency with Excel and general computer programs
experience in a customer service role with a focus on service excellence
adbility to perfor effectively in a high pressure and fast paced environment
ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
ability to maintain professionalism
ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
a proven commitment to quality of work
Full-time availability, including the ability to work every second Saturday
