Service Appointment Coordinator - The Power to Move You

Mercedes-Benz Newmarket is currently looking to add a Service Appointment Coordinator to their growing team! The successful candidate will be energetic, have great communication skills and be eager to work!

Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up with customers 24 hrs after booked and completed service appointment
  • Manager the overflow of incoming service phone inquiries and appointment requests
  • Book service appointments
  • Follow-up with customers who are past-due on regular service appointments
  • Provide insight and knowledge to customers on marketing programs
  • Winter Tire campaign
  • Spring Service campaign
  • Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance
  • Provide relief at the reception desk when required
  • Provide superior customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Self-starter, motivated and success-driven
  • Confident, positive and high energy presence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable
