Service Valet/Car Wash - The Power to Move You

Lexus of Vaughan, part of Zanchin Automotive Group is looking for a passionate individual to meet and greet our customers. The ideal candidate will leave a lasting impression with all of our guests through their professionalism, attention to detail as well as create a positive guest experience as though they are part of the Lexus of Vaughan Family.

Responsibilities:

• Welcomes customers visiting the service department and inquires as to the purpose of their visit.
• Maintain Service drive-thru to ensure that vehicles are flowing through.
• Participate in pick-up and drop-off duties for Service customers, as required.
• Participate in deliveries as required.
• Wash and Dry vehicles
• Refers customers to the appropriate service advisor, notify the employee concerned that a customer is waiting.
• Communicates with visitors in a professional, friendly and effective manner.
• Strong focus on delivering the best customer experience.
• Great personality, very outgoing and enjoys assisting customers.
• Records appropriate data in a customer tracking system.
• Follow all company and manufacture policies, directives and procedures.
• Maintains a professional appearance and a clean work area.
• Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by Management. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year previous experience in a customer service role.
• Previous dealership experience is considered an asset.
• Previous experience in the Hotel & Hospitality industry is considered a strong asset.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum.
• Able to work evenings and Saturdays as required.
• Ability to remain polite to customers, even in conflict situations.
• Valid Driver’s License and Drivers Abstract in good standing.
