Vehicle Inventory Associate - The Power to Move You

Lexus of Vaughan is currently seeking a passionate individual to support the Sales Department with a variety of tasks including vehicle transfer, inventory photo capture, detailing and showroom merchandising. The ideal candidate will be energetic with a positive attitude and a natural commitment to high-quality work. Lexus of Vaughan is Canada’s newest Lexus Dealership, offering a state-of-the-art facility benefitting our Guests and employees alike.

Responsibilities:

• Support vehicle logistics (moving/picking up) for the New & Used Sales Department
• Light detail work to keep all inventory in showroom condition
• Coordinate layout for New & Used showrooms
• Assist with inventory photo capture using in-house photo studio
• Support facility standards with light-duty upkeep
• Maintain the showroom in a clean manner 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year previous work experience
• Previous Dealership experience is considered an asset but not a requirement
• Ability to communicate professionally and take direction
• Highly organized, able to multi-task with strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
• Able to work evenings and Saturdays as required
• Ability to remain polite to customers
• Valid Driver’s License and Drivers Abstract in good standing
• Strong focus on delivering the best Guest experience
