Hours: two (2) weekdays from 3:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm

About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, and as the first point of contact for customers, this position plays a crucial role in the dealership environment by greeting and welcoming customers, handling incoming telephone calls and inquiries, attending to customer needs, administrative tasks, and performing cashier duties, as required.  

About you….

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service and reception, including:

• two (2) years working experience as a receptionist, answering incoming calls 
• previous automotive dealership experience is an asset
• strong ability to communicate professionally (verbal and written)
• strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
• ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
• a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
• a proven commitment to quality of work
