About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is the first point-of-contact for customer inquiries.  Specifically:

  • responding to customer email inquiries about vehicles
  • scheduling vehicle test-drive and sales appointments for the dealerships
  • following-up with the customer and dealership to ensure an extraordinary experience was had
  • managing calls, texts and email tasks through a user-friendly customer relationship management system
  • providing exceptional written and verbal conversation with both customers and dealerships
  • performing outbound calls to invite customers to sales events
  • 8:30am to 5:30pm, 5 days per week

 

About you….

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer relationship business development and have a passion for performance, including:

  • valid OMVIC licence, or ability to obtain a license prior to employment
  • two (2) years of proven experience as a sales and/or business development coordinator; dealership experience preferred
  • strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written); fluency in English preferred
  • experience working with CRM systems, ie. Dealer Socket preferred
  • vehicle knowledge, Infiniti and/or Nissan preferred, but not required
  • experience utilizing Microsoft products, ie. Outlook and Team
  • professional and courteous
