About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, and as the champion of business development and appointment scheduling, this positon is repsonsible to:

  • Answer inbound calls and provide customers with an extraordinary experiece
  • Perform outbound calls to schedue vehicle service appointments and inform customers of campaigns and specials
  • Open/close work orders for vehicle repair

About you…

  • Secondary School Diploma
  • two (2) years of customer service or call centre experience
  • ability to professionally and proactively perform outbound calls to customers
  • ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
  • ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • a proven commitment to quality of work
  • strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • must be able to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
