About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to maintain and retain new vehicle lease loyalty.  Specifically:

  • proactively identify and realize new vehicle sales opportunities within the assigned lease portfolio of accounts
  • perform prospect calls to customers/sales leads to establish, develop and maintain strong customer relationships; maintain a detailed lead sheet/report with contact and communication results
  • generate appointments for vehicle sales through the current lease portfolio
  • support Sales Consultants with lease vehicle buyout transactions
  • create and perform compelling selling pitches
  • actively communicate with the customer(s) to identify and discuss vehicle needs and wants; offer alternative options to customer based on information gathered
  • qualify customers/buyers by understanding their vehicle requirements and interests, and match interests to various vehicle makes and models
  • present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and advantages; explain vehicle performance; showcase optional vehicle equipment
  • explain the terms and conditions governing long-term leases, as compared to traditional purchase arrangements, based on customer needs

 

About you…

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in dealership facility, including:

  • 5 years of proven experience in customer service
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • proficiency in working with ERP systems (i.e., CDK/Reynolds)
  • valid OMVIC License
  • Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
  • ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
  • ability to maintain professionalism
  • ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • a proven commitment to quality of work
