About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for receiving, prioritizing, documenting, delegating, and actively resolving end user help requests to ensure efficient completion of business tasks.  Specifically:

  • troubleshoot and maintain IT service at Head Office (~30+ Users)
  • field incoming help requests from users via telephone and/or e-mail in a professional and courteous manner
  • perform hands-on repairs at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications
  • perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers,and peripherals
  • account administrator of DMS

 

 About you…

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 3+ years’ proven experience as a Information Technology Service Desk Analyst
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
  • ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
