Genesis and Hyundai Guest Experience Manager

Maple Hyundai/Genesis is currently looking to add a Genesis Experience/Customer Retention Manager to our growing team. In this role, you will be the first contact for all Genesis service and parts concerns. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be committed to excellence with a focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all Genesis service and parts concerns.
  • Take customer requests and email them to the parts department, contact the customers and supply the requested information.
  • Answer all incoming calls to arrange appointments for customers.
  • Arrange valet and loaner service as needed. If drivers are not available you will have to provide the valet service yourself.
  • Perform complete walkarounds on any valet or loaner vehicles prior to drop off and after. Note any damage and report to the service manager right away.
  • Keep the guest updated on the status of their vehicle.
  • Once the repair has been completed ensure the vehicle has been cleaned, and paperwork for the guest is completed.
  • Arrange dropoff or pick-up times.
  • Bring all paperwork including loaner agreements to the warranty advisor for processing.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Answer incoming Hyundai service calls and book appointments for guests using the Dealer-FX system.  Ensure all appointments have transferred over to the Reynolds and Reynolds system.
  • Answer to the best of your ability any questions that the guests may have. 
  • Complete follow-up calls with prior day customers to ensure their visit was exceptional and up to the Genesis standards. If complaints arise ensure they are addressed with the appropriate individuals
  • Call all guests who may have missed their appointments and reschedule.
  • Complete a guest call log documenting each call made. (time, date, guest's name and repair order number).

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years of Previous experience working in the Service/Parts Department.
  • 5+ Years of experience working in a dealership environment.
  • Previous experience with a luxury brand is considered an asset.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ensure customers are addressed in a professional manner.
  • Ability to multitask with keeping strong organizational skills.
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driver's abstract.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Annual Income Potential:

$50,000-$70,000
