Sales Consultant – Martin Grove Volkswagen

Our business is growing at an amazing pace. It’s time to add to our Team and this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person. Our dealership is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant with or without VW Academy credentials who is able to integrate quickly and start generating results immediately. The ideal candidate for this position will be an expert on all of the models that we sell, will deliver high quality customer service and become a senior consultant to each customer on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs.  If you have a knack for sales and a passion for German brand cars, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our current car inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to purchase from “US!”
• Work with our marketing team to grow our customer base
• Work with the Finance Manager to develop sales agreements that benefit the company as well as the customer
• Collaborate with our Sales Manager to offer attractive deals on used vehicles to interested customers

Qualifications and Skills:

• The right attitude
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
• Strong computer skills required (one eighty)
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in automotive Sales.
