Customer Care Agent- The Guest Centre

Are you enthusiastic and like to help others? Are you polite with a pleasant telephone manner and are comfortable making outbound calls? Do you have a good command of the English language? Can you work in a team environment and still have strong customer service skills?

Evenings hours: and alternating Saturdays. (1 – 2 per month)

Call Centre or Car dealership Experience is Needed. Professional Training Will be Provided.

We offer competitive wages with monthly incentives and paid training.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and within a team while maintaining accuracy
  • Must be comfortable on the phone
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Other spoken and written languages will be considered an asset
  • Proficient computer skills
