About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, and a champion of labour sales and customer service, this role will be repsonsible to:

• Sell recommended and required vehicle maintenance to customers, while providing thorough and expert details and explanations
• Explain nature of vehicle work and associated costs; prepare detailed and accurate estimate of labour and parts costs
• Advise customers on how to look after the vehicle and stress the importance of maintenance, based on manufacturer technical features
• Schedule vehicle maintenance appointments, developing long-lasting relationships with customers and increasing retention
• Manage the accurate administration and record-keeping of vehicle concerns in the dealership management system and customer profile
• Work closely with the Automotive Service Technician and Apprentice to identify areas of vehicle concern and/or recommendations for maintenance with the intention to communicate findings with customers
• Verify scope of warranty coverage on the customer vehicle

About you…

• strong background and proven experience in vehicle labour sales; dealership experience preferred
• at least three (3) years customer service
• proficiency working with ERP systems
• strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
• a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
• a proven commitment to quality of work
