About the opportunity...

As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position will be to champion and oversee the vehicle lease portfolio.  Specifically, the position will be responsible to:

  • Establish sales and profit objectives and pursue achievement through planning, organizing, controlling and measuring and
  • Maintain and retain an existing customer-base of leased vehicles while pursuing growth through cost effective marketing and program enhancements
  • Manage the lease vehicle portfolio and negotiate with third party credits to float transactions
  • Ensure the security of leased vehicles, including the lien registration, insurance and potential repossession of vehicles
  • With the Sales Management Team, actively purchase new vehicles, and sell pre-owned vehicles to optimize inventory; determine rates, buy-back and wholesale values
  • Oversee the performance of Vehicle Lease Consultants to ensure that objectives are met by assisting in the development of short- and long-term objectives
  • Work with Vehicle Lease Consultants to professionally close vehicle lease sales transactions
  • Oversee and manage receivables relating to lease vehicle transactions

 

About you...

Ideal candidates will have a strong passion for performance.

  • post-secondary education
  • at least three (3) years proven experience managing a dealership lease portfolio
  • five (5) years vehicle sales experience
  • valid Driver's License with a clean driving abstract
  • valid OMVIC License
  • strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • a proven commitment to quality of work
