Woodbridge Toyota is expanding our team and looking for a motivated, customer-focused Lease & Finance Renewal Manager to take charge of our dealership’s renewal portfolio and drive long-term client retention.

This is a high-earning, six-figure opportunity that combines base salary + strong commissions + performance bonuses.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and work the dealership’s extensive customer database to identify lease maturities and finance renewal opportunities.
• Contact existing clients to review current contracts, present upgrade options, and schedule renewal appointments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Service departments to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records, follow up consistently, and achieve monthly renewal targets.
• Uphold all regulatory and brand standards while representing Woodbridge Toyota with professionalism.

✔️ Requirements

• Valid OMVIC licence (mandatory).
• Previous experience in automotive lease renewals, retention, or dealership sales/finance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working heavily within CRM/database systems.
