Position: Mobility Supervisor


Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 (Based on Experience & Performance)

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Mobility Supervisor to join our luxury automotive dealership. This is a key operational role responsible for overseeing our service loaner and courtesy vehicle fleet while leading a small team to ensure seamless daily execution.

At a premium brand dealership, the customer experience is everything — and mobility plays a critical role in delivering on that promise.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet & Mobility Supervisor

  • Oversee and manage the dealership’s service loaner / courtesy vehicle fleet
  • Coordinate vehicle scheduling, availability, and customer allocations
  • Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, cleaned, fuelled/charged, and presentation-ready always
  • Monitor vehicle condition, mileage, damage, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate with Service and Sales departments to maintain optimal fleet utilization
  • Manage insurance, licensing, and internal tracking processes

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and schedule 3–4 team members (drivers/porters/mobility associates)
  • Assign daily responsibilities and ensure accountability
  • Maintain performance standards aligned with luxury brand expectations
  • Provide coaching and leadership to ensure efficiency and professionalism

Customer Experience & Operations

  • Ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process for clients
  • Maintain proper documentation and internal controls
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Management to anticipate demand
  • Uphold dealership standards for presentation, hospitality, and professionalism

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in automotive dealership operations preferred
  • Experience managing fleet vehicles or mobility programs considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
