The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Be the trusted connection between customers and our technical team
• Recommend and sell vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Schedule appointments and manage service workflow
• Explain repair needs and costs clearly
• Prepare accurate repair orders and invoices
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

What You Need

• 1-3 years in customer service or sales (automotive experience preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Self-motivated with a passion for excellence
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

Bonus: Experience with CDK/Reynolds or CRM systems
