The expected pay rate for this role is $17.60 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

About the opportunity… As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for lot maintenance, parking control, and vehicle arrangement. Specifically:

• Maintain company parking lots; rearrange vehicles as needed to maximize space and parking availability
• Maintain the condition of showroom vehicles
• Organize vehicle displays
• Receive vehicles into inventory by inspecting them and registering/storing keys safely

About you… Ideal candidates will have a background and experience as follows:

• Previous dealership experience preferred but not required
• Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Valid Driver's License and a clean Driver's Abstract
• Strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Able to perform basic car washes 

• Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• Ability to maintain professionalism
• Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
• A desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

• A proven commitment to quality of work
