Martin Grove Volkswagen is looking for an energetic, outgoing, organized customer focused individual to join our group in the role of Junior Parts Advisor/Driver. The right candidate will understand the value of providing a customer experience that focuses on identifying and serving customers needs in a friendly, seamless manner.

The successful candidate must be well presented, punctual, articulate and have a friendly persona as you will be working with a variety of individuals from different departments of the dealership and as well as customers.

Responsibilities:

• Selling, looking up, specifying parts to customers
• Assist in inventory maintenance and updates
• Providing great customer service in all circumstances - whether in person or over the phone

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service
• Must be a team player
• Good working knowledge of computers
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fast learner and good memory retention
• Posses reliable transportation and have full-time availability
• Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays
• Valid drivers license and clean driving abstract
