Zanchin Automotive Group is currently looking for qualified applicants to join our team of Automotive Sales Professionals for their Nissan divisions. The E Leads Coordinator is responsible to respond to online internet inquiries/leads and engages in online dialogues answering questions regarding vehicles from customers.  The ideal candidate will have excellent written skills both grammar, spelling & computer skills.

Qualifications:

• Valid OMVIC License an asset
• Previous Sales or Customer Service experience
• Highly proficient computer skills & demonstrated experience with internet channels.
• Has thorough knowledge of the needs of internet-generated customers. Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits to customers
• Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
• Quick response time as per company policy. Checks email frequently and responds to inquiries immediately.
• Excellent written, verbal and computer & internet skills.
• College / some college preferred.
