Service Manager

Mississauga Volkswagen is currently looking for an experienced Service Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven individual with two to three years' experience as a Service Manager in an Automotive Dealership.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 year’s previous working experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager in an Automotive Dealership
• 5+ years previous customer service experience
• 2-3 years’ experience working in a Leadership/Supervisory role
• Working knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA) or ADP/CDK Automotive software is an asset
• Valid Driver's License with clean driver's abstract
• Must be able to work evenings and on Saturday's as required
• Results driven with a customer service focused mentality
• A Positive attitude with the ability to work both in a team setting & independently
