Service Manager

Mississauga Volkswagen is currently looking for an experienced Service Manager to join their team. We are committed to our employees offering training, career advancement and competitive compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven individual with two to three years' experience as a Service Manager in an Automotive Dealership.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 year’s previous working experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager in an Automotive Dealership
  • 5+ years previous customer service experience
  • 2-3 years’ experience working in a Leadership/Supervisory role
  • Working knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA) or ADP/CDK Automotive software is an asset
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driver's abstract
  • Must be able to work evenings and on Saturday's as required
  • Results driven with a customer service focused mentality
  • A Positive attitude with the ability to work both in a team setting & independently
